Join us as Executive Chef Nick Raitt skillfully highlights the versatility of whisky to elevate a range of dishes with his renowned creativity and heart while your hosts explore the rich aviation history of Hangar 17 in Northern Tasmania and the story of Launceston Distillery.

The evening will begin with canapés, followed by a four-course dinner, all paired with a selection of Launceston Distillery whiskies and Josef Chromy wines.
